The Customer Services department encompasses the Patient Advice and Liaison service (PALs), compliments, complaints and suggestions.
A confidential service offering advice and support to help patients sort out any problems or concerns they may have with the care the Trust provides.
Comments, compliments and suggestions
If a patient is pleased with their care, or has any suggestions, we’d like to know. This helps us implement changes when improvement is required and provides recognition of good practice.
In our experience, an early meeting often resolves issues speedily to everyone’s satisfaction. We encourage patients to raise any issues in the first instance with the ward sister/matron or relevant service manager in the community.
